Large and fashionable unit particularly in the fine photographs displayed on the walls, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel has good location not far from Close enough to the sea to be able to have a walk on the beach as well as the cliffs.

The atmosphere is quiet, attentive staff at our request and their recommendation. The setting is quiet, right by a park which was accessed from the outside area via a gate and the sea, The Leas, Leas Cliff hall and walking dustance to both the train station, town centre, the art quarter and the harbour arm, fantastic area. Furthermore, a public park is at a moderate distance from the hotel.
Disappointing breakfast, it should be better.

Everything was fantastic, excellent staff, calming views of the park. Booked superior double room, had a pleasant overnight stay for the night before a cruise ship visit. The location was quiet, to Folkestone harbour, and my bed was very spacious. Also, the hotel was set within easy walking distance of a public park.
